The Pattaya Dental Transparency & Trust Index measures publicly verifiable factors: information transparency, price transparency, public reputation signals, documented infrastructure, communication accessibility, and digital visibility. It does not measure clinical quality, treatment outcomes, or practitioner skill.
A high score is not a recommendation to receive treatment at a clinic, and a low score is not a statement that a clinic provides poor care — it most often means the clinic publishes less verifiable information. Always consult a qualified dental professional about your specific situation before making treatment decisions.
Data Accuracy
All data is collected independently from public sources (clinic websites, public map listings, public reviews, and our own search checks). Each clinic page lists its sources and the date each fact was last checked. Despite our care, data may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. When we cannot verify a fact, it is marked "unverified" and earns no points — it is never counted as a negative finding.
If you find an error, please report it. Verified corrections are applied with a public changelog entry.
Conflict of Interest
- Ranking positions are not for sale. No clinic has paid, or can pay, to appear in this index, to improve its score, or to improve its position — directly or through intermediaries.
- We accept no advertising, referral fees, or commissions from clinics listed in the index.
- Paid services do not affect the rating. We offer clinics a paid Clinic Improvement Audit that explains which measurable factors they could improve. Buying an audit does not change a single point; declining one costs nothing. Scores change only when the underlying public data changes, for every clinic under the same open methodology.
- Consultations and communications with clinics do not influence positions. Clinic representatives may submit corrections like anyone else, under the same evidence requirements.
Fair Use of Names and Trademarks
Clinic names, addresses, and public information are used for identification and review purposes. If you represent a clinic and believe information about it is inaccurate, contact us at [email protected] or use the correction form.
Liability
Pattaya Dental Rating (pattayadentalrating.com) is an independent research project provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on this index. Nothing on this site creates a doctor–patient or advisory relationship.
